Inspired by trips to the seaside in Shizuoka (August, 2008). Nao Iyama would walk along the beach, collecting seashells from the rocks with his father and barbecuing them with his grandma.

This Smoked Ash Mignonette evokes memories of smoky oysters grilling over an open fire. Enjoy one teaspoon per freshly-shucked oyster.

In memory of Nao’s grandma, who passed away in 2023.
