locusts and honey

“Now John himself wore clothing. made of camel's hair, with a leather belt around his waist. His food was locusts and honey.”

Matthew 3:4

Locusts and Honey is a research project that explores the contemporary use of insects in modern gastronomy, drawing reference from René Redzepi and The Nordic Food Lab. The project explores the potential future of edible insects and features a dedicated fork and vessel designed to elevate the act of eating locusts and honey.

This project is accompanied by an essay of the same name, physical copies are available via the shop, or digital downloads can be found here.
